Fibroid and fetal brain
Does a fibroid which is present in the lower front of the uterus, blocking the cervix cause any damage to the fetal brain since it is pushing its way down and against the fibroid? The cervix is not dilated but the baby is in a head down position (38 weeks) and should start moving down . Will this cause brain deformation or any other organ disfunction?

The fibroid as by the location you have described might hamper the fetal head coming down during labour and might cause problems for progress of labour It has no association with fetal brain damage or anamoly .
