  4. Feverish type condition. Please advice.

Feverish type condition
From last 3 days my chest feels like burning, it remains for few hours and then disappear but next day it again can be felt. Currently around arms and throat  hotness can be felt.it seems like a infected fever symptom which is keep coming and going, I don't think it's a stomach issue.. The similar situation i felt many times in last year's. I have taken paracip one day and nicip cold and flu another day but still issue persist Please advice..
