Feverish from Saturday

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am having fever. Took Combiflam twice on Saturday and Sunday but the fever has come back today. Just took a paracetamol after dinner. My eyes are reddish due to fever. I have taste and I am eating normally. Taking glucose to be able to work. I am feeling tired and came back from office little earlier than usual. Potty wasn't clear today. Pls suggest accordingly. Thank you.
