Feverish and weakness

I am feeling weakness and my eyes starts watering when I use the phone or laptop for a little more time..I am feeling weakness and feverish. Kindly suggest me the medicine as I have tested corona which is negative.

Don't over strain that can be the first reason... Drink plenty of fluids minimum 3 to 4 litres per day.. so that your body temperature becomes normal..give rest to your eyes.. avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night...
