My grandson age 5 years 4 months suffering from fever near 102 since yesterday..I am giving calpol 250 syrup..can I give azithral 100 or azithral 200 to him?needs advice

No azithral is an antibiotic. It has to be given by prescription from a pediatrician. Please visit a pediatrician for check up.
