Fever with sound of tiredness

My 15 month daughter is in fever since yesterday. I gave her calpol 3 mg in every 5-6 hours. Her weight is about 15 kg( over weight).. Yesterday she was dull but today a little active . No other symptoms. Just from a few days she started walking.
What could be the reason of the fever and as the covid is spreading every where am afraid wheather she is infected from my husband as he is working in a pharma company.
Please advise me.

If ur child is having only fever, give 250 mg of paracetamol every 6 hours. Check temperature every 4 hours.
