Fever with cold
My nephew is 5 and half year old. He is having cold. Yesterday night he got fever 101dgree so my sister gave him some medicine.Now he doesn't have fever but he was saying he is having headache and his feeling tired.please suggest me medicine for him. Thank u in advance. 🙏

You have not given weight of the xhild
Usually medicines are calculated according to weight only
If child is continued to have headache, tiredness you may have to meet paediatrician nearby
For fever give appropriate medi cine according to child's weight
For time being you can give CALPOL (5ML=250mg)5ml syrup, which can take care
of headache too
I have taken approximate weight and given medicine
