Fever with 104 C
On Sunday came to relatives home at Gulbarga from visakhapatnam. Monday night started feeling fever. Today ( Tuesday), Gave paracetamol tablet, fever reduced and again tonight fever mounted to 104. Night again gave paracetamol tablet and taking rest. No other symptoms noticed.
Kindly suggest medication and food to be given.
