  4. Fever, vomit and loosemotion. Correct!

Fever, vomit and loosemotion
My 6 yr old son is having fever since last two days approx 100. He was complaining about stomach ache also.Now since yesterday he has started doing vomit ( 3 ) and watery loose motions 5 times..I am giving enterogermina twice a day. Have also given him one dose of 5ml oflox 100 yesterday night..please advice if this is correct
