Fever to my child every month

Asked for Male, 2 Years

Sir,I have twin baby boy of 2 year, When they born their weight is 1.5 kg but after 2 year now they are 10 kg weight at 24 month. Since last 4-5 month we facing every month they catch fever with cold and cough. fever is as high as 103 deg F . So doctor gives us Mextra and Tus Q. Can you help me out why they have fever every month and to both child.
