Fever stomach ache VOMETING LOOSE MOTION

Hi My daughter is 5yrs old For 3days she was having fever which we gave paracetamol and managed.... On 4 th day we gave her food as she was not eating much we forced to eat after which she vometted in night and morning..... We gave ondem...and meftal spas for stomach ache. Paracetamol for low grade fever .. Now late evening she is having stomach ache and loose motion watery/vomiting ... We gave her meftal spas and entrogermina Consulted the nearby doctor non pediatric he gave cefizime for 5 days She then also vometted and now complaining about stomach ache Whats could be the issue and resolution. Anything else we can do after 1 hr of meftal she is complaining abt tummy ache...

the child might be having acute gastroenteritis so kindly continue the medicines given by the doctor as well as antacids and do not give any heavy diet like milk or maida or biscuits. go for easily digestible food like rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana. give only 60 to 70% of the regular diet for one or two days and remaining contact with your doctor
