My daughter is suffering from fever she is 7 years 8 months old her weight is 20. I put her crocin 120 5ml .she is having fever still 38.4 . plz help me.soon.

Greetings, Madam , your daughter weigh 20kg, Dose of Any Paracetamol is 15mg /kg . So you either buy 250mg/5ml , 5ml of crocin syrup of 250ml/ 5ml is slightly less .But it is alright to give 250mg /5ml 1tsf SOS. let us observe and find the cause.. please maintain hydration, they become dehydrated due to high temperature

Dose is not enough. Give 10 ml of crocin 120. Or give Meftal P 7ml. How many days of fever? If it is more than 3 days, she needs blood tests. Please consult a pediatrician directly. More details needed.
