Fever since 8 days and dry cough

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My father is 48 years ols no diabetes and bp suffering from fever since 8 days body temperature rises in evening 101.4 and continuous dry cough remains he has taken antibiotic cefixime 5 days and taking paracetamol, malaria typhoid negative and urine infection 12-15 hpf pus cell...alkasol also taking, when the fever will comes down please explain, if it is coronavirus then already 9 days will happen when fever will goes down and since then paracetamol to take always, Please give suggestion?
