Fever since 3 days ayurvedic meds
Today 3Rd day. Fever 100 to 102.8 F. Giloy satva in water hourly , sudarshana , amritharishta given. Should I wait another day ? To shift to paracetemol or modern med. If it doesn't reduce even 4nth day is it of concern. Appetite low , no stool passed since 2 days. No other symptom , very thin built lean tall. 15kg.no URTI or diarrhoea or vomits

Please show to a doctor.high grade fever that too without any localizing feature for more than 3 days is definitely of concern.in my opinion you  need to shift to paracetamol although I don't really know about the ayurvedic meds that you are giving so my opinion is definitely biased.

Yes it is of concern,high grade fever , decreased oral intake is bad sign ,need to show to nearest pediatrician immediately
