Fever shows up
Hello doctor, I had a sore throat infection a few days back & was prescribed levoflox 500 OD for 5 day, today was my 5th day of antibiotic but the issue is that my throat seems about fine but every evening at around 6 pm, fever comes up which hovers arnd 99.2 - 99.5 but disappear during night & whole morning stays normal so what am I supposed to do in this case??

Kindly visit nearby ENT surgeon for sore throat and continue using paracetamol thrice daily and for further evaluation for pyrexia
