Opinion: Mixing alcohol with medication, including Dolo 650 (paracetamol), can have adverse effects on your health. Alcohol can interact with medications and potentially increase the risk of liver damage or other complications. It is generally recommended to avoid consuming alcohol while taking medication. Next steps: Since you have already taken half a Dolo 650 tablet after consuming alcohol, it is important to monitor yourself for any symptoms of concern. If you experience any unusual symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, vomiting, or any other concerning symptoms, I strongly advise you to seek immediate medical attention. In the future, it is important to follow the instructions provided with your medication and avoid consuming alcohol while taking any medication. If you have any further concerns or questions, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

You may get into problems. You didn't mention how much alcohol you had and whether it was Country liquor or it was a regular Whiskey or Rum .
