My fever is varying between 97 to 99.3 since past few days.. In the morning its 97 and evening it raise to 99.2 then again in night its 98.4.. Is temperature till 99.3 considered as fever???

There r many reasons for the fluctuations... Especially for woman... If u have no other symptoms don't bother used by checking too much
