My daughter is having high grade fever since last evening . Gave her p 250 ( 2 dozen) and clavam prescribed by paediatric. Now she is accompanied with rapid breathing, should I seek emergency attention

Rapid respiration may be due for fever,
After giving calpol,as fever subside respiration should be normal or less.
If respiration decreases nothing to worry.
And if no change visit emergency
