Fever+ Pain
Related Covid- 1- Taken Test with coviself, came negative. Also I live very cautiously and never go out. Vaccinated 1 dose. Our society maintain caution. 2- No covid history,No travel. Related Symptoms- 1- Fever with hand and shoulder pain 2- Initially there was no weakness but temperature was 101 but after 1 day , started feeling weekness and the above symptoms. The very first symptoms were pain in left side of throat. 3- One day after rain I went for walk but the air was very cold. From that day this is started. 4- Also as a part of regular health checkup, I have gone through some test.  B 12 is 54 which is quite less. What should I take to increase it faster

The cause of other symptoms can be viral phyringitis causing pain in throat and fever. Initially u had the prodromal symptoms of viral illness For vit b12 both will work injection as well as tablet which depends on ur symptoms and dietary habits since vegetarian has no source for vit b12
