Fever over 100, had alcohol too

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I went out with friends and had beer about 1000 ml along with food just the night before . I have now caught fever since last 2 hrs and it is around 102 degree F. What should I do? Is it okay to have one paracetamol 650 ml after some small snacks now, as that's what I have with me. I am worried that the alcohol might react. My age is 30.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to have proper food and then take a tab. Dolo 650 twice a day.
