Fever onday 21 after recovery from covid

My mother had covid she is been treated at home on advice of doctor. Now she is recovering now ,didnt had fever for a week. But today she got fever 99.5 in afternoon ,headache also. Her spo2 level are 94-95. What this fever mean?
