Tension and stress do not cause low grade fever. I would advise you to repeat the WIDAL Test again. Since fever is still persistent i would advise you to meet your physician and continue an antibiotic course, mostly a change from the previous antibiotic taken(ciprofloxacin or ceftriaxone), you would also require antipyretics and painkillers during this time. Drink plenty of fluids(preferably warm, avoid cold water) and keep yourself well hydrated, eat clean and healthy food and rest plenty.
