Hi doctor,
My 4 year old niece is suffering from fever from past 6 days. Initially we gave her colpol thinking to be viral fever , as it did not subside in 3 days.. we got urine and CBC test done. There are 4-6 pus cells and few epithelial cells in urine. We are yet to receive urine culture report. As doc said it's uti they started treating her with antibiotics Taximo .. it's been 2 days completed and no improvement. She still has fever.. plz help us understand what could be the cause..
