Fever not reducing
Hi, I developed fever in the evening and getting high by 9pm. Dr has suggested Dolo650 but it doesn't work.
There are no associate symptoms till now like body ach, nausea, vomiting and headache.
Why this is not reducing by medicine please suggest

You need tepid sponging if fever does not subside with dolo alone
