Fever not in control

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Last month I visited north India from 14-22nd February. I was expose to diff weather in north & felt feverish there but on 23rd February, when I came to Mumbai, my fever continue. Originally I live in Thane. I took full course of Augmentin 625 in BID regim for 5 days since I was suffering from cough & cold with fever. There is not respite from fever still. I have to take calpol tab SOS. Pl advise, it is viral infection or else. My cough is also continue. Shall I add microlide antibiotics to cover atypical pathogens. Pl suggest what to take now as fever & weakness continue.
