Fever not coming down after six days

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My husband is having fever since ladt dix days after tsking paracetamol also its not coming down. On first and 2nd day it was105 with chills and bidy pain. Doc said its viral and prescribed paracetamol only then we run certain test( fever profile) all came fine but platelet count was decreasing, so it was dengue.? It decreased till 81 and then it was stable but still fever is not coming down even after taking medicine?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should have attached the reports here. Also, low platelets can be due to viral fever also. For dengue , you need to get dengue serology test done.
