Fever,  headache and colda
Day1: Having low fever 99.5 with extreme headache. Doctor gave paracitamol 650, 3 times. Day2: Fever same, not more than 99.5 with extremely cold like watery nose, watery eyes, cough, sneezing etc. Headache reduced. Dengue- Nagative Malaria - Nagative Typhoid - Nagative Doctor told that viral cold fever and prescribe paracitamol 650, 3 times for another 2 days and lazine 1 time for two days. Day3: Today is day3, fever is there with 99.4 - 99.5. watery nose, watery eyes, cough, sneezing etc. is there but little less than yesterday. Headache is there with eyes pain but not like 1st day but more than day2. Why the fever is not comming down? What should be my next step? Please suggest.

Viral fevers don't have any specific antibiotics working against them. It takes about a week for Viral fever to come down.

Do gargle with salt and warm water thrice daily. Steam inhalation thrice a day. These will help to decrease your symptoms.
