Dose of the paracetamol- 15mg/kg/dose Paracetamol used as antipyretic it subsides fever but the child should be observed for the signs of infection like sick look, conjunctival congestion, decreased acceptance of feeds and any other symptoms If the child is having any symptoms kindly go with the investigations for starting antibiotics.
