  4. Fever, loose motion and vomiting. Wave?

Fever, loose motion and vomiting
My child has been suffering from fever (101-103 )  from today and loose motion for 3 times after lunch. He has  negligence for food. He is telling for vomiting but not yet vomit till now. Paracitamol 250 liquid has been given. But can't understand what to. Is it the sign of 3rd wave?
