Homoeopathic medicines are safe to take during pregnancy, delivery and in the postpartum period during lactation. Make sure you're consulting a doctor properly and not taking medicines directly from the pharmacy.
Next Steps
You can consult me online on Practo for any pregnancy related issues. Giddiness/nausea/lactation issues.

Prescription is the last part, first have your investigations done and let the doctor make his/her final diagnosis about the fever. Don't take any chances by yourself consult a doctor (allopathic/homoeopathic/ayurvedic) so that you can have a proper diagnosis and then it's your right what you want to go with regarding your treatment. BTW homoeopathic medicines are safe even in pregnancy, but you should take it under the proper consultation.
Next Steps
Have your routine checkup done, investigations so that one can rule that it is just a fever or any other pathology associated and then if you want to go for homoeopathy then absolutely you can.
Health Tips
My tip to every pregnant woman is to have your routine check up done on time, go for investigations in any case if your are not feeling well, consult to a doctor (any doctor) then the doctor will guide you accordingly. If the case is upto his/her mark then he/she will prescribe you with his best or else he/she will guide you for your better.
