  4. Fever in baby. He is breastfed only.

My 5 month old have fever from afternoon. It was 100.4 in the afternoon , after giving paracetamol drops it got reduced . Again he is got fever . He pooped thrice and its watery and having mucus like substance. He is breastfed only.
