  4. Fever. Why it happened like this?

I got COVID 19 in may 1st & I recovered And then yesterday I feel my one side nose was blocked & today little fever I took paracetemal 500 & night dolo 650 & now my nose block is clear but inside fever was there I can feel it can any one please explain why it happened like this ??
