Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be due to mild respiratory tract infection.
Take tab montek lc at night after food for 5 days
Tab azee 500 once a day before food for 5 days
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days
Paracetamol twice a day after food.
