  4. Fever, Headache. Syrups do you suggest?

My 12-year-old has has high fever since last night (101.1). We gave her calpol 3 times since then. What children's medications / syrups do you suggest? She mainly complains about a throbbing headache and slight stomach churning. No other body aches.
