  4. Fever from yesterday night. Please,

Fever from yesterday night
My 6 years kid(27 kg weight) had fever(99.3) from yesterday night,I gave him crocin -250 syrup(8 ml),2 doses I had given till now. Still fever is not down,he is active. Can I give him meftal-p suspension for him,if so can u please suggest the dosage. Otherwise suggest any other medicine please, thank you
