  4. Fever from last noon. Some medicine.

Fever from last noon
I have been having fever from last noon. I took general medicine like sumo and put a wet towel on my head whole night.Now i have been alright but still I am not feeling well.my upper head feel heavy. So Has my fever gone or still i should take some medicine.
