My son is of 19 months old.got fever from yesterday night..no cold and cough.but yesterday night he vomit watery liquid.he is feeling thirsty most of the time.gave him crocin syrup 3 times from yesterday night to till now.remaining everything is fine

Ok.. nothing to worry.. just wait if today again fever is come then go for lab test of CBC and BS for MP..
