  4. Fever from last 2 days. Tests done?

Fever from last 2 days.
Had a hectic weekend. Too much of travel. One night started feeling bit cold. By late night,caught fever. Normally 101farenheight. It subsides to normal on taking paracetamol. Again comes up after 9 hours. Please suggest whether it is viral fever?? Should I take antibiotics? Should I get blood tests done?? No cough and cold.
