Fever from last 1 day dolo 650 taken as
Hello Doctor ,
My mother is 65 years old and she is suffring from viral type fever from yesterday . Yesterday morning she got fever and yesterday it was 102 degree and after that we give her dolo 650 yesterday 5.30 pm and after that she dont have fever yet . Her temprature js coming 99 now and we for safer side give her dolo650 again just now only . She is having slight cough now due to irrition in her throat and she got cough earlier also as she us diabitic and heart patient . She js fully vaccinated and although she got covid 7 months prior to this . I dint know but i am assuming that this is covid only . What extra i can do now for my mom please help me

Steam inhalation and warm saline gargle 3 times a day is recommended. Keep monitoring her SpO2 levels. Sugarfree lozenges can be taken for irritation in throat. Warm beverages are recommended.
Take high protein diet.
If there is any difficulty in breathing, chest discomfort, difficulty in swallowing or persistent high grade fever, please consult.
