Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 10 months baby boy is suffering from fever(101-102) with swearing from last 2 days. The doctor advised me to give him Paraken syp and Rantac syp (2.5 ml both) two times in a day for 3 days. Is that okay..??

Most likely to be viral fever. Stop rantac,NOT indicated,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat 4 hourly if required. In case of additional symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing,consult your paediatrician again.
