  4. Fever for my child. Dosage (only once)

Hi doctor For my 1.7 year baby I have given p-250 suspension 10 my by for 102 fever...later after 4 hours temperature came normal to 97.6as usual..but my question is will it harm my baby n any way that I given d medicine in high dosage(only once)
