Fever for last 4 days around 101.5-102.5

Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father aged 65 yrears is having fever for more than 4 days now. He is consuming anti biotic (doxt sl) and Dolo 500 , once he takes paracetamol fever is going and again it is coming back. After that done urine test but there is no urine infection (attached is the report) Kindly suggest what to do now, your help will be highly appreciated
