My seven months old baby is having 101.6 fever for a one day. Doctor suggested to give spirodex antibiotics. Is it advisable? Shall I give my baby the suggested antibiotics?

Any temperature above 100 F is fever. Always measures temperature in armpits only. No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F. If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion Treat that accordingly. Keep ur baby well hydrated. Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
