My son is 2 year old. he have little cold and fever. we are giving ibugesic plus syrup for him. now every 8 to 9 hours fever come back. we took blood test its fine for him

Tepid sponging is more important. Fever medicines only if fever crosses 102°F. Viral fevers are self limiting to 1 week. The infant hypothalamus is not fully developed so infants should be protected from overheating by tepid sponging. Also, child should be well hydrated.
