  4. Fever for 15months baby. Give meftal p.

Fever for 15months baby
She has fever from last nyt..and I have given crocin for 6hrs once from afternoon..but now the temp is 100.8F..can I give meftal p.? If so dosage how much..? I had given crocin 10.30pm..pls tell me

Paracetamol can be safely repeated every 4 hours.Avoid meftal,which is used only for fevers above 103 OR for fever not responding to pm. In case of additional symptoms,consult your paediatrician asap.
