I am 38 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from fever since yesterday . Max it has gone is 101.4 till now . Gynae suggested to take dolo 650mg thrice a day. Helps in reducing fever after 2 hrs of taking medicine but again it starts rising . Having only fever and no or very minute symptoms of cold. Kindly suggest . Covid test is -ve
