Fever during covid
Today is 8th day from when symtoms appeared.
I have completed covid medications.and now having vit c and zincovit.but now still fever is there in between 99-100 degree.after taking dolo 650 also fever is coming down and again it comes.my question is should i take less mg paracetamol or dolo 650mg is enough.please reply..thanks
