Fever due to virus.
My right hand fingers, palm and wrist and left hand's elbow are paining and I had fever after that. Should I take anti bacterial medicine and paracetamol medicine, and for how many days should I take them to safely get out of problem.

The cause of the fever must be known for us to suggest if you require antibiotics or not.
You can take a tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day for 2 days.
