  4. Fever due to teething. This continue?

Fever due to teething
My lil one is 10 mnths old n having fever due to teething. Giving doses of babygesic and ibugesic both.. been 2 days still the fever is comin n goin.. how long would this continue ? Any other medicines to relieve this . Worried 😟.. plz help
