Fever dizziness
Suddenly I got a fever after attending a library event in finland , first got fever 101.7 with body pain nausea , yesterday vomited the rice (kanji) fever 100.6 , today feeling dizziness even when sitting standing .. feel like fainting while picking up something from the floor..
Medications I am using thyronorm 50 mcg and multivitamin dissolvable in water ( that's been brought in a medical shop in finland )
We are from Chennai now for the past 5 month staying in finland .
What could be the reason and what needs to be done ?please reply

Based on the symptoms provided I would like to advise you to start drinking plenty electrolyte rich fluids. Because of vomiting you might have become dehydrated and that might be the reason for dizziness. I would like to know more history preceding your symptoms and would advise you to connect.
